  • Fill in the e-mail and password fields then click the "Login" button

  • On the “Login” page click/tap on “New Here? Register Now”
  • Fill in all columns marked "*" because these columns are mandatory to register.
  • Make sure you are an adult smoker aged 18 years or more who lives in Indonesia, and are willing to be contacted by the company regarding the publication of promotional material related to your passion, please tick (√) as confirmation​
  • Once completed, the system will send a confirmation e-mail that you have registered at Marlboro.id​
  • After successfully logging in, please complete the column on the profile page marked "*" because these details are mandatory to complete your registration.

  • On the “Login” page click on “Forgot Password” and enter your registered email address and click on the ‘Send Reset Password Link”. 
  • You will receive a reset password link in the email. Click on the link and enter and confirm the new password and click on “Reset Password”

  • Select “Personal Information”  and click on “Verify” against your e-mail and you will see message saying “Verification link sent”
  • Please check your email in your inbox and open the e-mail from Marlboro​
  • Click "Verify Now" and a new tab will open and display information that you have successfully verified your e-mail

  • Select “Personal Information”  and click on “Verify” against your mobile number and you will see message asking you to “Enter OTP”
  • Please enter the OTP sent to your Mobile Number and click on “Verify”.

  • Select “Personal Information” 
  • Click "Edit" and make changes according to your needs
  • Click save changes​

  • If your account is blocked because you have entered the wrong password many times, there will be a message like this:  “Oops! Your account has been locked due to consecutive failed logins. Click here to reset your password."​ You can contact info@marlboro.id by including your full name, registered e-mail address, KTP number and screenshot of the error message to request to unblock account​.
  • If your account is blocked because of an indication of a violation of the Terms & Conditions (https://marlboro.id/id/terms-of-use) with this message: "Your account is blocked because it is indicated that you have violated the terms and conditions that apply to Allaccess.id. With this, you cannot use your account or redeem rewards. For further information, you can contact info@allaccess.id 

  • Go to "Marketing Preferences" section
  • Select toggle to unsubscribe from promotional e-mails
